Return & Exchange Policy

At Elite Tech we want you to feel confident when buying a second-hand iPhone. All our devices are carefully tested before sale, but if something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work:

1. Return Period

  • You may return your iPhone within 14 days of purchase if a fault is discovered.

  • Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, with proof of purchase.

  • Change of mind returns are not eligible for refunds but may be considered for exchange or store credit at our discretion.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If your iPhone has a hardware fault that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale, you’re entitled to a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the device has been inspected and verified by our team.

3. Warranty

  • Every Phone includes a 90-day limited warranty covering hardware faults.

  • Warranty does not cover: accidental or liquid damage, cracked screens, software issues, or normal battery health decline.

4. Return Process

  • Contact us at info@elite-tech.co.nz within the return period.

  • Provide your order details and reason for return.

  • We’ll arrange for an inspection.

  • Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Exclusions

  • Devices damaged after purchase, repaired elsewhere, or modified are not eligible for return or warranty.

  • Accessories sold separately (chargers, cases, etc.) are non-refundable unless faulty upon arrival.

Shipping Policy

We aim to get your second-hand iPhone to you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional cost applies)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order values.

4. Delivery & Responsibility

  • All orders require a signature on delivery to ensure your device is received securely.

  • Once the courier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can investigate with the courier.

5. International Shipping

  • We currently ship within [insert countries you ship to].

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Repair Service Policy

1. Services Offered

  • Screen replacements, battery replacements, back-glass repair, camera repairs, charging port replacements, general troubleshooting and other repairs on request.

2. Repair Timeframes

  • Most repairs are completed within 15 minutes - 2 hours.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Backup all data before leaving your device for repair.

  • Remove passwords or iCloud locks if requested.

4. Warranty

  • Repairs include a 30-day warranty for the specific service performed.

  • Warranty does not cover: accidental damage after repair, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Fees

  • Diagnostic fees may apply if no repair is performed.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your information responsibly.

1. Information Collected

  • Name, email, phone number, shipping address, payment information, device details.

2. Use of Information

  • To process orders and repairs, communicate updates, and provide marketing (if opted-in).

  • Devices are graded based on condition, functionality, and age.

  • Payment is offered as cash or store credit.

  • Trade-ins with hidden faults or iCloud locks may be rejected.

Health & Safety Policy
  • In-store repairs follow hygiene protocols to ensure customer and staff safety.

  • Devices are sanitized before and after service.

  • Contactless payment and drop-off options are available.
