At Elite Tech we want you to feel confident when buying a second-hand iPhone. All our devices are carefully tested before sale, but if something isn’t right, here’s how our returns work:
1. Return Period

You may return your iPhone within 14 days of purchase if a fault is discovered.

Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, with proof of purchase.

Change of mind returns are not eligible for refunds but may be considered for exchange or store credit at our discretion.
2. Refunds & Exchanges

If your iPhone has a hardware fault that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale, you’re entitled to a refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be processed after the device has been inspected and verified by our team.
3. Warranty

Every Phone includes a 90-day limited warranty covering hardware faults.

Warranty does not cover: accidental or liquid damage, cracked screens, software issues, or normal battery health decline.
4. Return Process

5. Exclusions

Shipping Policy
