Buying Second-Hand iPhones

 

Q: Are your iPhones genuine and unlocked?
Yes — all our iPhones are 100% genuine, tested, and verified. Devices are sold factory unlocked (unless stated otherwise) and ready to use with any compatible carrier.

 

Q: What condition are the phones in?
We carefully grade each iPhone based on cosmetic and functional condition (e.g., Like New, Good, Fair). The grade is listed on each product page so you know exactly what to expect.

 

Q: Do second-hand iPhones come with accessories?
Unless specified, devices are sold phone only and majority of the time with the original box. Chargers, cables, and cases can be purchased separately.

 

Q: Do your iPhones come with a warranty?
Yes! Every iPhone includes a 60-day hardware warranty for peace of mind. This covers faults but not accidental or liquid damage.

 

Repairs & Services

Q: How long does a repair take?
Most common repairs (screens, batteries, back glass) are completed within 15 minutes - 2 hours, depending on the repair. 

 

Q: Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use high-quality parts that are fully tested. Genuine Apple parts may be available upon request and additional cost.

 

Q: What happens if my phone can’t be fixed?
If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll let you know and discuss alternatives. A small diagnostic fee may apply.

 

Q: Will I lose my data during repair?
We recommend backing up your device before any repair. While we take great care, we are not responsible for data loss.

 

Shipping & Orders

Q: How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is 1–3 business days (extra cost).

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Trade-Ins

Q: What if my iPhone arrives faulty?
If there’s a problem, contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a refund, exchange, or repair after inspection.

Q: Can I return my iPhone if I change my mind?
Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for refunds, but we may offer store credit or exchange at our discretion.

Q: Do you buy old phones or offer trade-ins?
Yes! Bring in your old device for an assessment, and we’ll offer cash or store credit based on its condition. We also have a form here on the website to get a quote.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, stripe, etc.

Q: Do I need to pay in full for a repair?
Yes, repairs must be paid for in full before or upon completion. After pay services may also available.
